Peter serves as President and CEO of RHA and is the firm’s Chief Compliance Officer. He has been a financial consultant and investment
management professional since 1986 with Merrill Lynch, Salomon Smith Barney and Rocky Hill Advisors. Peter co-founded RHA in 1997 with
Kevin Nunes.
Peter has broad and extensive experience in developing customized asset management and asset allocation strategies, including their implementation
and the practical applications of liquidity management, suitability analysis of potential individual investments, construction of appropriate
investment portfolios and the ongoing requirements of monitoring changes in the economic environment and client needs and adapting existing
portfolios accordingly.

Kevin serves as Investment Advisor for RHA. He was a staff accountant with Arthur Andersen & Company and a senior staff account/analyst with
Cameron & Colby Company (a division of ITT/The Harford) before becoming the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Gloucester Bank &
Trust Company. Kevin co-founded RHA in 1997 with Peter Ferriero.
Kevin has a lengthy background in accounting and financial analytics, including audit and forensic accounting. He has extensive experience with
asset/liability management and liquidity planning, development of financial models for strategic planning, bank regulatory compliance and direct
day-to-day active management of a fixed-income investment portfolio.
